Why we started

Digital Craftpoint began after helping Thai-German households untangle the order of address registration, payroll forms, insurance letters and bank requirements. The problem was rarely a lack of information. It was knowing which instruction applied, which task depended on another, and which question belonged with a regulated professional.

Our Hamburg-based practice turns that uncertainty into an ordered plan. We work in English with clients still in Thailand and with newly arrived residents across Germany.

The people at the desk

Mali Sutham, relocation adviser, leads pre-arrival document mapping and client preparation. Her experience includes bilingual family moves, German municipal appointments and administrative communication across Thai and German contexts.

Jonas Feld, Germany arrival specialist, focuses on banking readiness, payroll administration and referrals to licensed tax and legal professionals. He does not sell bank or insurance products.

How we work

We ask for the purpose behind each document before recommending another copy or translation. Written plans show dependencies, responsible offices and uncertainty. We distinguish general administrative guidance from legal, immigration, tax and investment advice, and refer onward when a professional licence is required.

Privacy also shapes the process. Initial assessments use document inventories rather than passport scans. We collect only what is needed to prepare a useful conversation.

Good guidance should leave you able to explain your next step in your own words. We do not promise appointment availability, bank approval or authority decisions. We promise to make assumptions visible, sources traceable and the sequence practical.
