Fees include German VAT where applicable. You receive an invoice and payment instructions; this website has no checkout.

What changes an estimate

Paperwork reviews may cost more for additional family members, self-employment, several destination cities, or a large number of civil-status documents. We confirm scope and price in writing before work begins. Translation, certification, official fees, legal opinions, tax returns, and bank or insurance charges are separate.

Payment timing

Focused consultations are invoiced when the appointment is confirmed. Arrival Foundations is normally invoiced 50% at confirmation and 50% when the written map is delivered. No recurring subscription is created.

Rescheduling and cancellation

You may reschedule once without charge with at least two working days’ notice. Cancellation terms, work already completed and any refund are explained in our cancellation and refund policy.
