Data we collect and why

We collect contact details and the relocation context you choose to provide when you inquire. For clients, we also process engagement records, correspondence, invoices and document inventories. We use these data to answer requests, perform a contract, meet accounting duties, protect our services and, where required, comply with law.

Please do not submit passport scans, bank credentials, health records or other sensitive information through the public contact form.

Retention

Unsuccessful inquiries are normally deleted within 12 months. Client service records are retained for up to three years after completion unless a longer legal claim period applies. Invoices and legally required accounting records may be held for the statutory period. We delete or anonymise records when the relevant purpose and obligation end.

Sharing and international transfers

We use service providers for hosting, email and business administration under appropriate contracts. Because our work connects Thailand and Germany, correspondence may involve international transfers. Where data leaves a jurisdiction requiring safeguards, we use an applicable legal mechanism and limit the data transferred. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent without affecting earlier processing. You may complain to a competent data-protection authority. Email us to exercise a right; we may need to verify identity proportionately.

Cookies and security

Our cookie notice explains browser storage. We use reasonable organisational and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission is risk-free. Contact us promptly if you believe information has been misdirected.
