Who this is for
Arrival Foundations is for an individual or couple relocating from Thailand to Germany within the next six months. It suits employed arrivals, family reunification moves and self-funded relocations whose documents are largely in place but whose administrative sequence is not.
You receive practical guidance, not legal representation, immigration advice, regulated tax filing or financial-product brokerage. When your facts require a Steuerberater, immigration lawyer or licensed insurance adviser, we flag that boundary clearly.
What we build together
The work begins with a 75-minute planning call. We review your destination city, visa basis, employment status, accommodation, family members and expected arrival date. From that, we prepare a written arrival map that distinguishes tasks possible from Thailand from tasks requiring a registered German address.
Your map includes:
- a document inventory with translation and certification notes;
- an Anmeldung appointment plan and landlord-confirmation check;
- health-insurance and bank-account preparation;
- an explanation of tax ID, tax class and common employer forms;
- a first-month letter tracker for official post;
- named referral points where specialist advice is appropriate.
The engagement sequence
1. Preparation call
Before the call, send only non-sensitive document descriptions through our questionnaire—never passport scans or account credentials. We identify missing originals and timing conflicts.
2. Written arrival map
Within four working days, we send your ordered plan. A 45-minute review call turns open points into concrete actions and explains which offices control each step.
3. Post-arrival check
After Anmeldung, a final 45-minute call reviews letters received, confirms banking and tax-ID progress, and records unresolved items. One email follow-up within 14 days is included.
Constraints and preparation
Municipal appointments and bank acceptance decisions remain outside our control. Bring your expected address, employment or funding basis, family details and confirmed travel window. If no accommodation can issue a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung, we will explain the consequence but cannot create an alternative registration basis.
Fee and next step
The fixed fee is €690, payable against invoice. Translation, notarisation, government fees and third-party professional fees are excluded. Tell us your arrival city and month so we can confirm fit before scheduling.
