Terms of service
Terms governing Digital Craftpoint relocation guidance for banking, tax registration and German paperwork.
Last updated: 15 August 2026
Acceptance and scope
By using this site or purchasing our services, you accept these terms. Digital Craftpoint provides educational and administrative relocation guidance. We do not provide legal representation, immigration decisions, regulated tax advice, financial advice, bank brokerage or insurance mediation.
Each paid engagement is defined by a written confirmation stating scope, fee, timing and deliverables. Authority appointments, decisions, bank acceptance and third-party processing times are outside our control.
Client responsibilities
You must provide accurate context, verify time-sensitive requirements with the responsible authority, protect account credentials, and make your own decisions. Never send passwords, PINs or one-time codes. You remain responsible for deadlines and applications submitted in your name.
Fees and cancellation
Fees are due according to the invoice. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions are set out in our refund policy and form part of these terms.
Intellectual property
We retain copyright in site content, checklists and written frameworks. A paying client may use delivered materials personally for the stated move but may not resell, publish or distribute them commercially.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, missed appointments, changes in official requirements, third-party decisions or action taken contrary to our stated limitations. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury where mandatory law applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in the client’s place of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes. Contact info@digitalcraftpoint.digital first so we can try to resolve concerns directly.
Changes
We may update these terms prospectively. The version accepted with a confirmed engagement continues to govern that engagement unless law requires otherwise.
